Our Task
Construction of a new production facility, enabling the expansion of the volume and range of production.

Scope of cooperation
Our company provided all phases of project preparation and implementation. From choosing and securing a suitable land plot, through design work and securing the necessary permits to the choosing the contractor and construction management completed by final occupancy permit.

R&D and administrative facility
The building is designed as a partially two-storey building with a reinforced concrete frame and a facade of sandwich panels with an aesthetic accent to the front office part of the building.
Analysis of customer needs
At the first meetings, we analysed the needs of the customer in detail. On the basis of it we selected a suitable location for placing the LAC facility. This was followed by creation of a concept of construction and the associated cost estimate and master schedule.
Careful selection of the contractor of the construction
The design process followed, when we coordinated the work of many design specialists and subsequently all the necessary permits were obtained for the construction. We organized a tender for a general contractor, which was selected after 4 rounds of thorough negotiations.
Controlled construction supervision
The construction of such a building is a relatively complex process and it requires constant supervision. Without a well-managed construction process, there would be a lapse in quality, an extension of the construction time or the need of additional works and thus an increase in costs.
